Mans Best Friend the Dog

English Bulldog with hat

The dog has long been considered mans best friend.
From the beginning of time the dog has helped man through some of the toughest times of our lives. Dogs will greet you with a happy wag of their tale as you arrive home from work. If your dog is properly trained he may even be able to catch a treat that is thrown his way. Your dog may be able to do tricks such as play dead, army crawl, take a doggy bow, speak with a bark, do laps around a swimming pool or simply stay in a sitting position when his master tells the dog to stay.

As many people know, your dog will watch every move you make. This is the making of a true dog master. Your dog will love you unconditionally as long as you take good care of him or her. By doing this means the proper bathing and grooming care for your dog. It also involved proper pet nutrition as far as the right dog food and few table scraps. Remember that your dog is not human and cannot eat a lot of foods that humans are used to eating. Only feed your dog approved pet treats and dog bones.

Your dog will love a new pet toy every so often. Remember that your dogs toys wear out with age and never be afraid of giving your pet that new squeaky toy that they will love you for. Remember, they are your best friend and never take it for granted! lazy english bulldog caesar

This is a really cool English bulldog. Nice site. I am an animal lover and I am now going to teach my bulldog how to ride a skateboard from learning how on your site. Keep up the good work. Go Bulldogs.

I have a Chinese Crested hairless dog and I love him. He is the best dog in the world. I just cannot keep him warm any suggestions?

I would suggest a heating pad for your Chinese Crested dog. Even during the day, give him a heating blanket to lay around on. Hairless dogs need warmth all of the time.

I clean my bulldogs wrinkles with baby wipes. The English Bulldogs wrinkles get very dirty and need cleaned every day. His ears also need cleaned with baby wipes. When my dog comes in from doing his business I wipe his paws with baby wipes as well. I feel that proper hygiene is a must for any pet owner.

I am looking for a dog for the kids. Would a Bulldog be a good choice for a 2 and 4 year old?

Bulldogs make awesome pets around kids. I have my English Bulldog around my 1 and 3 year old kids. He loves the kids and they love him. The only problem is that they want to ride him like a horse and he doesn’t mind it. It is really funny to watch this take place. I just don not want the kids or the bulldog to get hurt. Just keep an eye on them. Feel free to leave any info about your future dog. I love to hear about them.
